Our Process
Upon receipt of any initial commercial gutter maintenance, gutter cleaning or roof repair enquiry we will look to identify your requirements. If this is for an immediate problem, or repair work, then we will attend as a reactive call-out and provide you with a specified date for when we can complete the work. If it is for an on-going maintenance contract then we will create a suitable schedule of work for your business needs.
All commercial and industrial building gutter works are allocated a named Project Manager and are carried out by experienced two man teams, fully qualified for working at height, and directly employed and uniformed by UK Gutter Maintenance.
Our teams are supplied with boom vans as a standard piece of access equipment and are fully equipped with specialist safety equipment, particularly for undertaking works on fragile roofs or where skylights are present. Additional equipment is resourced to suit each individual task and the appropriate team members are deployed to deliver a bespoke service to our clients’ individual requirements.
Any Health and Safety set up requirements are dealt with by our in-house Health and Safety Manager.
Communication with our clients is a key to our on-going success and we will endeavour to keep you fully informed of our progress before, during and upon completion of the work. We provide before and after photographs of work, together with reports on any major defects found, or areas of concern that need to be addressed. Should there be any minor defects found, wherever possible these are rectified before we leave the site.
Upon completion of works, a process of analysis is completed and workmanship is assessed; only when the client is 100% satisfied are we happy of a job well done.
Our industrial and commercial gutter maintenance services cover the whole of the UK, with access to even the most remote locations possible.
