UK Gutter Maintenance have been carrying out the annual gutter clearing at the Defence Academy since 2009. They are very approachable and are quick to offer solutions to problems that they spot on the roofs as well as with the gutters. UK Gutter Maintenance always provide photographic evidence of the gutters before and after the work has been completed which is very useful for planning further work as well as for audit purposes. If emergency works or variations arise UK Gutter Maintenance are very understandable and will attend site as soon as possible to rectify any problems or undertake additional works.

The guys who came to do the works on the day were great, and sound ambassadors for your company and in particular their approach (and of course therefore your company’s approach) to health and safety requirements. This included the provision of information from yourself as well as the team taking on board all of my requirements. Whilst up on the roof they made use of a ball shuttle which is part of our fall protection kit which I believe they liked…As for the other, lower warehouse (with more runs), the roof is the landlord’s responsibility and therefore he is looking into the costs of a similar fall protection system and I’ve forwarded him your company details should he choose to approach you for works. I engaged UK Gutter Maintenance Ltd to carry out a 2 day whole site gutter clearance and my experience of dealing with them from initial contact, to site survey and then the 2 day gutter clearance itself was dealt with professionally throughout.
